Royal Canin Renal dry dog food 2 kg: a complete veterinary diet for adult dogs, formulated to support renal function in chronic renal insufficiency — restricted phosphorus with moderate, high-quality protein.

Why Renal?

  • Renal support: restricted phosphorus levels (0.2%) with moderate, high-quality protein (14%) to support renal function and help improve the dog's quality of life
  • Adapted energy: an adapted energy content reduces meal volume and helps compensate for a decreased appetite
  • Appetite stimulation: a specific aromatic profile with a dedicated kibble shape helps stimulate the dog's appetite, particularly in cases of food aversion
Composition (as declared by the manufacturer):
Rice, maize flour, animal fats, maize gluten, maize, hydrolysed animal proteins, beet pulp, wheat gluten*, minerals, fish oil, vegetable fibres, soya oil, psyllium husks and seeds, fructo-oligosaccharides, mono- and diglycerides of palmitic and stearic acids esterified with citric acid, marigold extract (source of lutein). Protein sources: maize gluten, hydrolysed animal proteins, wheat gluten*. *L.I.P.: protein selected for its very high digestibility.

Duration of use

Per the manufacturer: initially feed for up to 6 months in cases of chronic renal insufficiency — with fresh water available at all times.
