إزاي تحذف حسابك

الصفحة دي لعملا تطبيق Happet (هابت) على أندرويد وآيفون، ولأي حد عنده حساب على happet.net. حذف الحساب طلب بتعمله مرة واحدة بنفسك، وبيتسجّل أوتوماتيك من غير ما تكلّم حد. مفيش شروط ومفيش أسئلة.

الطريقة الأولى: من التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق هابت وادخل على «حسابي».
  2. انزل لآخر القايمة واضغط «حذف الحساب».
  3. اقرا اللي هيتمسح واللي هيفضل، واضغط «كمّل لحذف الحساب».
  4. أكّد بـ«أيوه، احذف حسابي».

في اللحظة دي طلبك بيتسجّل، وبتخرج من حسابك على كل أجهزتك. التطبيق بيقولك «وصلنا طلب حذف حسابك»، ومن هنا تقدر تكمّل تسوق من غير حساب لو حابب.

لو التطبيق ماقدرش يسجّل الطلب دلوقتي (مشكلة نت أو عطل مؤقت)، جرّب تاني بعد شوية، أو استخدم الطريقة التانية من الموقع.

الطريقة التانية: من الموقع، من غير التطبيق

لو مسحت التطبيق، أو عملت حسابك من الموقع، أو مش قادر تدخل:

  1. افتح فورم حذف الحساب.
  2. اكتب رقم الموبايل اللي حسابك عليه.
  3. هيوصلك كود على SMS، اكتبه في الفورم.
  4. أكّد الحذف.

الكود هو اللي بيأكّد إنك صاحب الحساب، فمحدش يقدر يطلب حذف حساب مش بتاعه. الفورم بيسجّل نفس الطلب اللي التطبيق بيسجّله، وبنفس النتيجة.

إيه اللي بيتمسح

  • اسمك ورقم موبايلك وإيميلك.
  • عناوين التوصيل المحفوظة.
  • حسابك في التطبيق وعلى الموقع، وكل جلسات الدخول (بتخرج من كل أجهزتك).
  • ربط موبايلك بالإشعارات: مش هيوصلك أي إشعار من التطبيق بعدها.
  • رصيد نقاطك، لأنه مربوط بالحساب. لو عندك نقاط، استخدمها قبل ما تطلب الحذف.

إيه اللي بيفضل، وليه

  • سجلات الطلبات والفواتير: بنحتفظ بيها للمدة اللي القانون بيطلبها لسجلات البيع، وللضمان والاسترجاع. الفاتورة بيفضل فيها الاسم والعنوان اللي اتكتبوا عليها وقت الطلب لأن القانون بيطلب كده، بس بعد الحذف السجل مابيبقاش مربوط بحساب شغال، ومش بنستخدمه في أي تسويق.
  • التقييمات اللي نشرتها على المنتجات (الاسم والنص والصور): بتفضل منشورة، إلا لو طلبت منّا نشيلها.
  • اللي كان على موبايلك بس (المفضلة وملفات حيواناتك): ده أصلًا مش عندنا، وبيتمسح لما تمسح التطبيق.

بياخد وقت قد إيه

بنسجّل طلبك فورًا، وبنخرّجك من حسابك على كل أجهزتك في نفس اللحظة، وبياناتك بتتحذف خلال ٣٠ يوم من الطلب. لحد ما يتنفّذ، تقدر تتسوّق عادي من غير حساب.

How to delete your Happet account

This page is for customers of the Happet app on Android and iPhone, and for anyone with an account on happet.net. Deleting your account is a request you make once, yourself, and it is recorded automatically without talking to anyone. No conditions, no questions.

Option 1: from the app

  1. Open the Happet app and go to "My account".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap "Delete account".
  3. Read what will be deleted and what is kept, then tap "Continue to delete account".
  4. Confirm with "Yes, delete my account".

At that moment your request is recorded and you are signed out on all your devices. The app tells you "We received your deletion request", and from here you can keep shopping without an account if you like.

If the app cannot record the request right now (no connection or a temporary fault), try again in a little while, or use option 2 on the website.

Option 2: from the website, without the app

If you deleted the app, created your account on the website, or cannot sign in:

  1. Open the account deletion form.
  2. Enter the phone number your account is on.
  3. You will receive a code by SMS; enter it in the form.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

The code is what confirms the account is yours, so nobody can request deletion of an account that is not theirs. The form records the same request the app records, with the same result.

What is deleted

  • Your name, phone number and email.
  • Your saved delivery addresses.
  • Your account in the app and on the website, and every login session (you are signed out everywhere).
  • The link between your phone and notifications: you will receive no app notifications afterwards.
  • Your points balance, because it belongs to the account. If you have points, use them before you ask for deletion.

What is kept, and why

  • Order records and invoices: kept for the period the law requires for sales records, and for warranty and returns. An invoice keeps the name and address that were on it when you ordered, because the law requires that; after deletion the record is no longer linked to an active account, and we never use it for marketing.
  • Reviews you published on products (name, text and photos): they stay published unless you ask us to remove them.
  • What was only on your phone (wishlist and pet profiles): we never had it, and it is deleted when you delete the app.

How long it takes

We record your request immediately, sign you out on all your devices at the same moment, and your data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Until then, you can shop as usual without an account.
