Or administer directly Dog: Up to 5 kgs: 1.5 ml twice daily 5 to 10 Kgs: 2 ml twice daily 15 to 30 kgs: 4 ml twice daily Over 30 Kgs: 6 ml twice daily 10 to 15 kgs: 3 ml twice daily Cat: Kittens: 1 ml, twice daily.
